Sometimes, when I don’t know what to write about something I’ve made, I ask Darren. Me: “Hey, what did you think of that salad I made…” Darren: “It was the bomb.” So there you have it. This salad is the bomb. A man called a salad “the bomb.” That’s got to mean something, right?!
Ingredients:
-3 to 4 Cups Chopped Romaine Lettuce
-1 Medium Pear, hopped
-1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries
-1 Cup Chopped Pecans
-4 Slices Thick-Cut Bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
-2 to 3 oz. Feta Cheese, crumbled
-Poppy Seed Salad Dressing
Combine all ingredients and serve chilled.

Haha I completely know what you mean, sometimes there’s just not much to say. But I’m pretty sure Darren summed it up perfectly. Sounds delicious!

I just made a cranberry and pear salad yesterday as well. Everyone at the dinner party ooo’d and aaah’d so I bet your salad truly IS the bomb!

I can see why it would be considered a bomb…a great list of ingredients. I would just call it delicious.

Sounds delicious! Might have to try this one out on Mina…he’s anti-salad (or anything else that “grows”) but maybe this will be life changing for him! I can be hopeful, right?
