Hummus is a tasty, healthy snack that I enjoy making for myself or for parties. It is typically served with pita for dipping, but I also like it with cut veggies.
Here’s my instructions on how to make Pita Chips, which would go well with this hummus!
-2 Cloves Garlic, peeled
-1 (15 ounce) Can Garbanzo Beans (Chick Peas), 1/4 cup liquid reserved
-4 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
-2 Tablespoons Tahini
-1/2 teaspoon Salt
-Black Pepper, to taste
-1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
In a blender chop the garlic until well minced. Pour garbanzo beans in and blend until smooth. Add lemon juice, tahini, and salt and blend again until incorporated. Put a swirl of olive oil on top and serve in a bowl, or store in an airtight container and spoon out as desired.

Looks good. I always end up adding more of something than my loose recipe calls for.
