If you’re looking for a super easy, delicious appetizer, this is it! It is perfect to bake ahead of time and bring to a party or enjoy as a snack.
You can change up the veggies to your liking, but make sure you have a good array of colors!
Ingredients:
-1 (8 Ounce) Refrigerated Crescent Rolls
-1 (8 Ounce) Package Cream Cheese, softened
-1/2 of a Package (1 Ounce) of Ranch Dressing Mix
-2 Carrots, Finely Chopped
-1/2 Cup Red Bell Pepper, chopped
-1/2 Cup Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped
-1/2 Cup Orange Bell Pepper, chopped
-1/2 Cup Broccoli, chopped
-1/2 Cup Green Onions, chopped
Preheat oven to 375F. Roll out the crescent roll dough in one piece and pinch together any seams. Bake for 8-11 minutes, until golden. Allow to fully cool.
Mix together cream cheese and ranch dressing mix until smooth. Spread over the cooled dough, leaving room for “crust.” Sprinkle chopped veggies on top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Didn’t these turn out so pretty? I love that this is something I’d probably have all the ingredients for in my fridge.. my kids would snack on them too:)

This is something that would be great for a last minute appetizer as most everyone would have all the ingredients.
