welcome to this video on how to make no need bread for those who do want to get sticky doughy hands or just want to get away from the hassle of kneading bread this is the recipe for you firstly what do you want to do is measure out 400 grams of strong white bread flour into a bowl sift the flour into a mixing bowl this creates a much lighter finer and less lumpy dough and simply like so then what you want to do is measure out 10 grams of salt and add that to your main bowl then add 1/4 teaspoon of yeast doesn't matter what kind of used to use add 310 milliliters or 1 cup and 1/3 of water mix that all together until a shaggy ball of dough forms like so take out some cling film and wrap that and seal it leave overnight for 12 to 24 hours this is how my dough looked after 12 hours of proofing and this is 18 hours after proofing heavily flour your work top and scrape out the dough from the mixing bowl fold the dough over itself to punch it down and shape it try not to work any of the flour into the dough and try not to knead the dough too much lightly flour a piece of parchment paper and shape the dough into a ball and place the dough onto the parchment paper now get a tea towel and heavily flour the tea towel and then drapes that over the dough leave that to prove for one to two hours until it is risen by half also say hi to the friendly neighborhood cat preheat the oven and the hottest temperature will go and also whilst you're preheating the oven put a cast-iron crock pot or Dutch oven into the oven to heat with it once the oven is preheated and the dough has risen cut the parchment paper into shape and take the Dutch oven out of the oven and put the dough in sight like so spritz down the dough water this helps the formation of the crust put a lid on our back into the oven for about 15 minutes after 50 minutes take the Dutch oven out of the oven remove the lid spritz down with water once more and put back in the oven without the lid for another 15 minutes or until done once your bread is finished baking with a lovely golden crust take out the oven and remove the parchment paper from the bottom with bread let that rest for one to two hours to cool down optionally once cooled cut your newly baked bread in half to see a cross-section – the masterpiece you've just baked thank you for watching my video and I hope you enjoyed feel free to follow me on Instagram and subscribe if you'd like to see more content there's anything I can improve on let me know in the comments or be much appreciated I'll see you next time Cheers
