250 grams (1 cup) yogurt
200 grams (¾ cup) fresh cream
200 grams (½ cup) condensed milk
A few drops of vanilla essence
½ cup castor sugar
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Put yogurt, cream, condensed milk and vanilla essence in a bowl and whisk well.
3. Pour the mixture into individual earthenware bowls.
4. Pour some water in a baking tray and place the bowls in the tray. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for eight to ten minutes.
5. Remove from oven and cool down to room temperature. Refrigerate for twenty to twenty five minutes.
6. Sprinkle castor sugar and spread evenly. Melt the sugar with a blow torch.
7. Serve chilled.

in India I just believe that eating yogurt with sugar before leaving your house for a good work leads to success hello and welcome to Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana and the ultimate baking series with me chef of class today I am going to show you a very classic dessert of big kyogen but I am going to brew it with sugar so let's quickly go ahead and run through the ingredients to make baked yogurt brulee I would require yogurt fresh cream condensed milk castor sugar vanilla essence so let's start it is very simple to make for that let's mix all the ingredients together so first I am going to add in the yogurt in India and many places you will find after having your lunch yourself with a bowl of yogurt and sugar next I have added the cream and then for the sweetness I am going to add some condensed milk you can also make this into any flavor of your choice but today keep it plain I'm going to add vanilla essence and then I'm going to whisk all this together nicely so that everything is nicely mixed so once this is done so I'm going to bake this in an earthen pot so the earthen pot you need to keep it in the water overnight before adding the mixture so what I've done is I had kept it overnight in water and now I have wiped it nicely so now quickly I'm going to add this mixture into the earthen mold so now after filling the mold I'm going to slightly tap this so that we don't have any air bubbles so now I'm going to gently cover this with an aluminum foil and after this I'm going to place them on a baking tray and to the baking tray I am going to pour some water and now I'm going to bake them on a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius around eight to ten minutes so now as you can see the yogurt has biggg and now I'm going to bring this down to the room temperature and then refrigerate this around 20 to 25 minutes and now after telling this in the refrigerator for 20 to 25 minutes let's open this and now finally I'm going to sprinkle some castor sugar and then I'm going to relate this with the help of a blowtorch so now after watching this video you can surely replace your normal traditional plain yogurt with sugar with this big yogurt brulee if you liked the videos that we share on YouTube do subscribe to us on our YouTube channel
