In this video we are very lucky to be once again allowed a peek inside Chit, Chaat Chai’s kitchen, the chef is kind enough to share his recipe secrets for making his restaurant’s version of Chilli Paneer; it’s a very popular Indian Street Food style Indo / Chinese dish………..this was our order and we can confirm that it was absolutely delicious!!! The Paneer was crispy on the outside & nicely soft on the inside with a well balanced level of spices.
Recipe Ingredients used:
* Sliced Spring Onion.
* Paneer Cubes (first seasoned with Corn Flour) & then fried.
* Sliced Red Onion.
* Vegetable Oil.
* Red & Green Capsicum.
* Chilli Sauce.
* Red Chilli Flakes.
* Fresh Green chopped Coriander.
* Finely chopped Green Chilli (we choose not to have this; so in the video you won’t see it used).
A special thank you to Dhruv, Tania and all the restaurant team who welcomed us and graciously allowed us a privileged glimpse into their kitchen to do the videoing.
