What you need:
100g graham crackers
500g cream cheese
40g heavy cream
1tsp vanilla extract
Step 1: The crust
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grind the graham crackers to fine crumbs. Mix the crumbs with melted butter and sugar, and press the mixture into a cake ring. Bake the crust for 10 minutes to ensure a crisp base.
Step 2: The filling
Beat the cheese until creamy, add sugar, heavy cream and vanilla extract followed by the flour and the eggs. Pour the cheesecake filling into a cake ring.
Step 3: The smoothness
Pour 100 ml of water into the oven cavity. Turn the knob to the PlusSteam symbol, heat the oven to 180°C and press the PlusSteam button. Wait for 5 minutes and put in the cheesecake. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C and then lower the oven temperature to 120°C. Continue to bake for about 25 minutes or until the cake is firm and only the center of the cheesecake looks a little wet and wobbly. Remove it from the oven and place it on a wire rack. Let it cool until the cheesecake is fully set and smooth as silk.
