Fast Growing Herbs (With Pruning).
I was looking at my summer savory patch and noticed a clump of summer savory, otherwise known as zaatar, that was growing faster than the rest in the urban garden.
I dug my hands through and saw that this was one of the plants I originally pruned back, so I concluded that pruning herbs produces more food and at a faster rate.
