Giant mussels / Grilled Pen Shell with Cheese (키조개), prepared and cooked in South Korea. The huge seafood is removed from its shell and sliced into tiny cubes. The mussels is then placed back onto its shell and on top of an electric stove to grill. Various cheese is then added onto the mussel, and flamed torched to melt the cheese.
P.S., This Seafood is called a Pen Shell which belongs to the family of large salt water clams.
