In this video, I bring back the Skinny Boy Solutions and bring you 5 healthy high calorie snacks to gain weight and muscle. These are 5 snacks that I personally used (and still use) to gain weight. As a skinny boy or girl, achieving a caloric surplus is what we struggle with most due to our low appetites and inconsistent diet, as well as being low on time. I know, I WAS THERE!!!
There came a time where I had to make the decision to build muscle and put on weight by eating enough food!!! I had to come up with high calorie recipes and especially high calorie snacks to take to school or to eat on the go. And now I’m going to share them with you!
