namaste in today's episode I will be doing one of my very first video requests one of the viewer Kathy has requested a loo and chickpeas curry and oil we have you covered and also if you have any comments suggestions or requests please leave it down below in the comment section I will post the detailed recipe of this video in my website gherkin Momoko and also in description down below now let's start the song namaste friends today I'm cooking chickpeas and put curry for that we will need 1 pound of chickpeas and five ounces of potatoes we will world chickpeas and potatoes until cooked and we will save the broth or the excess water for later and we can peel the skin of the potatoes and cut it into small cubes we will also need red tomatoes diced or chopped into small pieces and we will also need diced red onions about five rounds now let's heat up the empty pan and add 5 tbsp of olive oil and 1/2 a tbsp of fenugreek seed and once dark add our diced onions and green chilies and history until golden brown add salt to taste and black pepper and add our boiled chickpeas and stay for a minute now let's add our boiled potatoes and now I'm going to add 1/2 tbsp of turmeric powder let's make mix it nicely now we will add 1 tbsp of garlic and ginger mix paste and stir for another 2 minutes and now I'm going to add a 1 tbsp of human and coriander powder mix and I'm going to sweet for another minute since I like it a extra spicy I'm gonna add half a tablespoon of red chilli powder and stir evenly in after a minute I'm going to add red tomatoes and we can also add our broth and mix it nicely and we're going to cover it for about 10 to 15 minutes in the low to medium heat and it will be ready to serve them I hope you enjoyed my today's cooking I will see you next time la bye
