How to Make Braised Chicken Thighs Without a Recipe
oh they know how to end that I made a stock well I create recipes for living but when I'm at home I don't actually cook from them cooking is all about mastering basic techniques so you can make your own versions of any dish no recipe required today I'm making my favorite braised chicken thighs with white beans white wine and rosemary garlic and lemon takes just five minutes to throw together and then dinner's ready in 45 minutes I have six chicken thighs I'm going to just season both sides with a nice amount of salt and pepper chop up some garlic and leave the garlic a little chunky I like being able to taste it I'm slicing up some lemon to put in there and just lay it against the chicken so that it impresses it with the flavor as it cooks also recipes a little bit of juice on everything and then white beans with a little ring and then I'm just gonna put some rosemary sprigs and just arrange everything when you add the liquid you want it to come up about one-third of the way up the chicken thighs one last thing you want to do before you put the chicken in the oven is rub it with oil to ensure that extra Moresby skin it's ready to go I'm going to throw it in the oven and we're going to put it in the top rack i 425 degrees that looks good so this is ready it's crispy and nice brown but it's not too dark that's how I make braised chicken thighs now it's your turn wasn't that easier than you thought it would be and it looks so good now I'm gonna stay here and eat all this chicken for dinner hi
