hello friends and welcome but no hello welcome I was pretty much done grocery store and they had a sale on peaches so this is where this video came from there was a sale on peaches and I wanted to bake and I love baking videos and I want to do my best to try and make it the link below the video of them following this we kind of see what I'm doing but I'm going to try and make it it it seems incredibly difficult but yeah so to start out that I already made the bottom layer which is the sponge cake but you can't see it's cooling right now while it's cooling we're gonna be heating it up that was so stupid so this is supposed to be like a mousse cake but with gelatin in the middle one I don't really like gelatin that much and two I don't have any peach drinks to really make the gelatin in so I'm just gonna skip that it's just a sponge and mousse so oops sugar yolks and vanilla extract okay we can do this 1 tablespoon yeah oh wait grams 2 milliliters I'm idiot right that's like a thing looks like a thing people measure so it says mixed together 65 grams of sugar I'm really an idiot I'm running low on sugar but I hope this is gonna be enough all right well it's about right and then you can't even see what I'm doing but you will in my little action cam and I think she just whisks it together yes she wakes and whisks it together and pours in hot milk so let me grab my wish look at this sick action iPhone shot anyway how do I hold this and whisk together yeah you get the gist you can you not I'm gonna go eat some milk that is the sound of our milk being done and now it seems she emphasizes just stir well so I'm going to stir well yours a little action can you could see that nice whisking action if you're into that never mind you didn't hear that okay pot we would have to heat it until it's slightly thickened no of Lord I should have done more preparation perhaps or I'll just bring you along so you can see a dangerous thing I noticed in the video is that it doesn't look like she ever looked at what this was supposed to look like so uh I'm just gonna go off intuition and guess what slightly thick means and then I'll pour in our little gelatin which is always fun six stirring action or even see me alright I'm gonna guess that's enough that should be enough time it's not very much so I imagine that's probably enough time let me add powdered gelatin so just stir it in and let it chill uh well I think we hit our first snag because there seems to be chunks of like gelatin powder that have formed I don't know if you can really see that I wrecked like I think you can climb to see it maybe kind of but it's not great I don't think that's supposed to happen but I think it's dissolving so we'll just hope for the best on this one cream has been whipped she says to only looked at about 60% so that's what I did I gave it to like soft heat I don't think I could film the pouring actions but hopefully you can kind of see what's happen has chilled and then I think she just whisks it okay so she whisks it and then adds the ground couch that I have which I rounded beforehand because I'm prepared honestly this is kind of looking really good by not bad before we add the P she's gonna get a little close up so this is our batter right now and I mean it looks pretty good but let's pour in that's peach since you probably can't see it up there but uh put in those ground peaches and then mix that up so I won't be doing this with one hand because that would be a little bit difficult I don't think I have that cooking skill to stir with one hand so I'm just gonna stir we're almost done but it looks good I'm actually pretty excited right now like this hasn't screwed up yet well that's next so let's grab the sponge cake which again I made earlier because I'm a professional Baker all the other shaking youtubers are waking I will probably cut a little bit around here so I'm gonna be using this pan again for the tank itself just to refrigerate in oh I didn't even mention it to you guys um I don't have the mold for this so we're gonna be outlining this thing in parchment paper and just kind of hoping for the best yes let's trim off some of these a little awkward edges cuz I'm going for professional like I want other I want baking community to know that I'm do not play games okay I am the like if this was a TV show I would be the bitch seems it and that is what I'm going for and look at are you so pretty line it with parchment paper I'm kind of hoping the parchment paper allows me to take this out because I don't have that main thing so let's start pouring in the mousse this is really where it all could go horribly wrong food coloring hariya better you are and it looks like she sticks in like a little thick he stirs that all right this needs a little bit more pink oh that might have been a little too much that was too much so I tried to make it like a cute little pink but now it's more of like a flaming red so there's that but you know we're still gonna go with it we'll still give it a shot okay so another problem that I've run into is this literally just literally just sank to the middle instead of sitting on top like hers does so oops I mean it still looks cool like it's still it look I'm still I still have high hopes I'm still not devastated over it oh it's gonna forgot to refrigerate first and then do that you know I would doubt explain a lot if it's fine this looks cool I'm okay with it you can she refrigerate this for three hours so that's exactly what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna refrigerate it for three hours I guess we'll make little garnishes as I do the dishes so we can also add watch time to this video oh wait we are wake me up it's like having gum Whateley up inside me call my name and save me from one wing up like my water I can't wake up before I come undone save me save me from the lovely God we go alright so it's the next day and there she is look at that I mean other than the speckle she doesn't look too bad I mean there she is even kinda see I don't know about this one she I don't think it's set properly I think a little bit too she's cakey I guess I'll just cut a slice and we'll give it a try oh you didn't even see that I just slapped it on by mistake look at the inside you can you really see that beat you see how it's like pink of the bottom this is really cool there's like a little white layer on top that's really cool all right let me take a bite into this damage we did mmm no it's not bad it may not look perfect I'll be the exact perfect consistency let's shake good it tastes like fresh peaches I mean it's real good I'm gonna feed this to my friends and that's in the video so thank you so much for watching give it as mess alright I'll see you later
