Prepare yourself for flu season and boost your immunity with a comforting bowl of chicken noodle soup loaded with ginger, garlic turmeric and greens. This is comfort food taken to another level. You definitely want to cook this one with me.

HOW TO TAKE THE CLASS
1. Purchase your ingredients (see list below)
2. Prop up your phone, tablet or laptop near your cutting board.
3. Join the class on our YouTube Page (live or replay) and turn your volume all the way up.
4. Cook along with me! I’ll tell you exactly what you need to do.

2 whole carrots
