Throughly enjoyed today’s cooking class where I learned how to cook vegan food! The best part was dessert! I have to make it again soon!

sit back relax and put your headphones on she's got the vids to keep you watching you two all night long her name is Shane I just came back from an organic vegan cooking class that's right organic and vegan organic meaning it's vegetable straight from the farms no pesticides no chemicals were used to to grow them and begin meaning that there were no animal products used what we need today so no butter no eggs no male emotions but it was really good for example today we verse 8 absolutely clean grass in which should be sliced up two types of potatoes and put that on weld it lemon use your camera and then we put veggie meat which is made out of wait and then we made we topped it off with soy cream just make swing though you then we had organic greens with miso dressing and the miso dressing was hey from hazel and I believe ginger and editor and we also be soup onion carrot soup where you use combo which is CV as the broth chopped up onions keratin stir-fried it all to make and then for dessert we made Christmas trifle which is really you'll be done bandits so we made the red part which was just love her and then we made the cream part a cream frosting high from tofu and we added me and and we talked apples but I was so good i would not leave what I eat bigger and after that after the cooking class we had a snack party oh and the items at the snack party were also all organic and all vegan and there was even a small raw foods dessert plate and there there was cheesecake obviously no cheese the cheesecake and crave exhibit these rock cookies and also these muffin cupcake things with again tofu frosty and cookies and bread very good so a lot of sweet teenie I hope you can do some of the things i learned today feel
