hey everybody welcome to the month of October I cannot believe it's the ninth month of the year so this month I'm going to be sharing with you my favorite quick fixes I'm calling it my super quick fix meals easy delicious meals that you can cook in 30 minutes or less if you're a busy mom like myself coming home to three hungry screaming children you really do not want to spend one hour in the kitchen have fun and some clever ingredients and my super cooking tips and tricks all you need to make a super delicious ultra speedy and satisfying lunch or supper so let's get started I'm going to be showing you how to make oven fried rice it's easy it's delicious all you need to do is put the ingredients together in a baking tray pop it in the oven and you have a delicious just not or dinner that the whole family will enjoy sounds go through the ingredients and then we are going to start the process so for this recipe I'm going to be using one they have kilograms of washed basmati rice we're going to be using lots of vegetables for this recipe as well yeah I have about three cups of mixed vegetables as you can see green beans carrots bell peppers some peas as well as some sweet corn we're going to be adding some proteins in this recipe and here I have 400 grams of chicken breast without the skin one onion that has been finely chopped 1 tbsp thyme 1 teaspoon curry powder and then I'm going to be adding some Chinese ingredients to this because I just love the taste so here I have 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil okay this is an addition that I just love in my fried rice here I have a mixture of ground ginger and white pepper approximately 1 tablespoon I like to call it my spiced ginger mix of course I'm going to add in two small bay leaves and our season with chicken and vegetable boo-yan powder so I'm going to just be using some vegetable as well here I have about 100 actually five million times of course I'm not going to be using everything I'm going to use just about how that is about 75 milliliters of vegetable oil you can use olive oil as well any oil of choice now this is chicken bone broth that I made about a while ago and I'm going to be using this in place of water of course you can always replace this with water I'm going to show you how to make chicken bone broth in another recipe first of all I'm going to preheat my oven at 200 degrees in my oil into my baking tray then I'm going to add in my sesame oil as well and then I'll add in my soy sauce and just give that a gentle mix make sure that I rub the oil over all that surface area now I'm going to add my onions my time curry powder spice ginger ground ginger and white pepper my beef for your own vegetable for your mix for seasoning and I'm not going to add in any salt in there cut already contains some sea salt now I'm going to go ahead and give all of that a gentle mix as well and then I'm going to add in my rice this is my basmati rice that I washed so get all of that rice inside there and dreamed so this is about one and a half kilos because we are several of us in the house at the moment now add in your chicken add in your vegetables now some of you might be wondering why I'm adding in my vegetables right now because this basmati rice takes just about ten minutes to cook so it's going to just cook with the rice at the same time so we're going to pour in our chicken bone broth and then add our bay Leafs alright then now you can go ahead and stir all of this give it a gentle mix so that all of the ingredients get mixed together properly you want to make sure that all of the vegetables are evenly distributed inside the tree now adding some more water or chicken broth just enough to cover that rice you should taste for seasoning at this point because once this goes into the oven you wouldn't touch it until it gets cooked so just adding some more water just enough to cover the rice now cover off with aluminium foil this is going to enable it to cook quickly without any extra water so now it's time to put this baby in the oven and let it cook for about 10 minutes so guys our fried rice is ready as you can see our often fried rice is ready guys it's time to give it a taste guys this rice has been fried to perfection in the over the vegetables are still crunchy the seasoning is so perfect with the addition of sesame oil and oyster sauce remember you can always leave those out this is a super easy way of getting me launched ready in no time absolutely amazing due diligence guys I hope you love this recipe thank you so much for watching make sure that you subscribe by clicking my beautiful face right over here watch previous videos by clicking these videos over here guys if you haven't done so already hit a notification bell so you never miss a video from me and I'm going to see you in my next video bye
