hey there welcome to plated cooking school where we take you from zero to kitchen hero today we're teaching you how to make criminally crunchy crispy chickpeas first preheat the oven to 325 degrees to start rinse and drain to 16-ounce cans of chickpeas lay the chickpeas on a paper towel lined baking sheet and Pat them dry with another paper towel once completely dry drizzle with olive oil and season with salt pepper and any seasoning you'd like we used old bay shake to distribute put the chickpeas in the oven until golden brown and crispy about 40 minutes carefully remove the chickpeas from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes now you know how to make crispy chickpeas be sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel for more how to's and recipes later platers see you next time you
