*I don’t really follow exact measurements because I like to cook by tasting and adjusting flavors to my liking*

Hi Everyone! This recipe was inspired by 2 people that I follow on YouTube, Maangchi and Mommytang. I hope you guys find this helpful. As always, please adjust the recipe to your desired taste (spice level, sweetness and etc.) but remember to do it little by little. You can find most of these ingredients at a Korean supermarket. I found most of my ingredients at H Mart. Have a great day guys!

    Hi I’m from India and we don’t get hot pepper or chilli paste here in the grocery nor do we get kelp or coconut sugar so what should we use or how to make hot chilli paste and how many tsp of (brown sugar) should I put ?
